Read the text part of your analogous design blog. I like your concepts and think that they will work. Need to study your drawings more. Would like to talk more and assist you. Do you have a planning team together? Does your organization own the building(s)?
Remember this: the more you make the plan before hand, the more likelihood of a far better and significantly less expensive outcome. Surprises are everywhere, even with a "carved in stone" plan; why multiply them?
